Who We Are:
We are a member-driven organization delivering quality education, tradeshows, networking
forums and friendship to promotional products professionals in the Southeast. Our supplier
members come from virtually every state in the nation. Distributors are from Alabama, Louisiana,
Mississippi and the Florida Panhandle. An 11 member Board of Directors, which is elected each
year by the membership, governs us.

• Fall Showcase – we visit three cities, in three different states, in three days with our Fall
Showcase. The event features professional development seminars as well as a tabletop
tradeshow. In 2017 we will visit Louisiana on September 6th, Jackson MS on September 7th,
and Birmingham AL on September 8th.
• THE Show of the South – it’s our largest event of the year and the largest show in
Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and the Florida panhandle. In addition to a packed show
floor with over 90 suppliers, the show also features a full day of professional development
and networking with nationally acclaimed speakers. Our 2017 show is scheduled for
February 14th and 15th in Birmingham, AL.
• Promo Lunch – our Promo Lunch features 5 suppliers who each give a 20 minute
presentation and pay for the lunch. This year we are holding Promo Lunches in New
Orleans LA, Mobile AL, Montgomery AL, Lafayette LA, Birmingham AL, Pensacola FL and
• Holiday Showcase – our Holiday Showcase will return in October 2017 in Pensacola
Beach, Florida. In addition to the show, this year’s Holiday Showcase will include a golf
tournament, beach party, and professional development. This is the perfect time to see the
first new products for 2018, find out about year-end closeout specials, and get ideas you
can take back to your clients for the holidays. It’s also a good time to bring your family and
enjoy the last warm days of the year on the white sand beaches of Florida’s panhandle.
• Webinar Wednesdays – held the last Wednesday of each month, these webinars are free
for members of SPPA and will allow attendees to can CEU points towards their TAS, CAS,
MAS, BASI, or MASI designation.
