    Exhibit space sizes may vary by location, but typically include at least a 6' table or comparable space size for racks. This is a micro-tradeshow format, but will will do our very best accommodate your set-up.

    We will follow up with details on how to log into the virtual event prior to the event start time.

BREWING UP BUSINESS IN BIRMINGHAM

The event will be in the private room upstairs at Avondale.

Join us after work on June 24th to enjoy a beer with local reps, learn about new and hot products, and gain valuable sales tips from some of our industry's top professionals.

It may be the smallest tradeshow you attend this year, but we promise it will pack a mighty punch! You won't be rushed - you can enjoy food, local beer, and spend plenty of quality one-on-one time with your favorite reps.

All promotional products distributors are invited to attend for free.

In order to address concerns regarding COVID-19 and make the event accessible to everyone, we’re making some adjustments to next week’s event.

  1. We’re limiting attendance to 6 suppliers and 30 attendees.
  2. There will be at least 10' of space between each supplier.
  3. Vendors are required to wear masks and have their temperature checked when they arrive.
  4. All attendees should wear a mask in compliance with the Birmingham face mask ordinance.
  5. We've shorten the time frame for the in-person event - instead of 4-7pm, it will be from 5-7pm. 
  6. We've add a virtual attendance option. We’ll do that portion from 4-5pm. During this time we’ll visit each exhibitor with the video camera and microphone and allow them a limited time to give a video presentation/video interview. This will be broadcast live and also recorded. We’ll send the video link to our entire membership database after the event.
