Items submitted in the Featured Product Pavilion will be showcased at the show entrance, listed in the show directory, featured on our website after the show, and shown during the Virtual Experience.
A package deal that includes a double booth and hotel room is available until March 19, 2021.
Premium upgrades are available and allow you to choose your premium booth before assignments are made.
We're offering a Virtual Experience for distributors and end-buyers who can't attend the show in person. This will be broadcast live from the show from 9-11am and archived on our website. A maximum of 20 exhibitors can participate.
Payment of Fees:
We're committed to helping everyone get back to business - and that includes the suppliers and multiline reps who support our association. We are happy to work with you and split your show fees over several months as long as they are paid in full by July 1, 2021.
Key Dates to Remember:
March 12 - Deadline to register and qualify for the early-bird discount.
March 31 - Deadline to pay show fees (unless you've worked out a payment plan)
April 2 - Deadline to reserve your hotel room at The Westin at our discounted rate.
April 2 - Deadline to pre-order lunch.
April 5 - Deadline to submit product information for the Featured Product Pavilion.
April 6 - Setup from 3:00pm until 8:00pm.
April 6 - Welcome Reception from 5:00pm until 8:00pm on the rooftop at The Southern Bar & Kitchen.
April 7 - Setup from 7:00am-10:00am, Virtual Show from 9:00am-11:00am, Show Hours from 11:00am-3:00pm
